Adult Classes

We have an awesome community of supportive friends and instructors. We offer classes for all fitness levels. Our programs combine pilates, barre and strength and endurance training to give you a full body workout every class. We offer drop ins and sessions.

Don’t know where to start?
We recommend trying our beginner level classes, The MOVEment class, barre or pilates fusion if you’re brand new to the studio!
*Clients must be a minimum of 16 years of age to participate in our adult fitness and dance classes. Age 11+ can participate in classes as long as an adult is also taking the same class with them.


New Class Alert! The MOVEment Class will focus on stability, strength, mobility and flexibility. Bring your own 10-15lbs hand weights. Each week we’ll target different muscles and body parts. ALL fitness levels need this class!

Tuesdays 10-10:45am – Starts April 2
Saturdays 8-8:45am – Starts April 6


All of our Mat Programs are based on barre, pilates and yoga movements. Our cardio is choreographed exercises that include HIIT. Cardio impact varies depending on the class level.

Pilates Fusion
​Improve your flexibility, core, strength and balance.  Our fusion class includes Barre, Yoga, Calisthenics, and light cardio.  The exercises are designed to tone, stretch and elongate the muscles. We recommend starting with this class if you are new to the studio.

Zumba
A Latin inspired dance workout! No props necessary for this class. Just indoor sneakers and energy!

Barre, Barre Fusion+Flow
Low Impact/High Intensity. Our Barre classes infuse pilates, ballet, yoga and stretch. We offer barre 45 and 60 min classes. Each class is designed to be a full body workout that strengthens the muscles, improves flexibility, and increases muscle endurance. We recommend starting with this class if you are new to the studio.

Beginner Cardio+Mat
Learn the fundamentals of our cardio and mat choreography. The class will be broken down and done at a slower pace so you’ll be able to work on correct placement while building your stamina and muscular endurance. This class is designed for beginners and highly recommended if you are new to our studio. This class is 45 min.

Beginner Mat
Learn the basic exercises of our mat class.  This class will give you the foundations to move into the higher level classes.  This class consists of a warm up, weighted arms, mat work, abs, and stretch. This class is 30 min

Advanced Mat
If you love mat work, then this is your jam! Our mat programs combine barre and pilates exercises. This class consists of a warm up, arms with weights, mat work and light cardio.  We recommend trying beginner mat or beginner cardio+mat before jumping into this class. This class is 1 hour.

Intermediate Cardio+Mat
This class introduces more challenging mat exercises and more cardio than the beginner cardio+mat class. You’ll still learn the fundamentals of our cardio and mat choreography but it will be done at a quicker pace. This class is 45 min.

Advanced Cardio+Mat
Get your entire body toned and defined with our signature program. This class incorporates a warm up, weighted arms, high impact cardio, and mat work. This 60 min class is challenging. It is recommended to try our beginner/intermediate classes first before jumping into our signature class. 

Dance Cardio+Stretch
Dance Party!  A fun way to get your cardio in.  This class teaches basic dance choreography that is repeated each week so that you can really get to learn the moves.  There’s 25 min of dancing and 20 min of stretch.
